Sample report.
Basically the figures on the right show the projection. The difference is the amount over or under planned amount. Projections start even after the first load, and it firms up as the system achieves a better yield calculation.

This system tracks varieties crushed against what was planned. The main two factors that control the plan are time and yield. This information allows the projection of gallons and weather the crush will yield better or worse than expected.

Even though you may have crushed in a tank and drained several times before emptying it, the final yield calculation is brought forward into all varieties affected by that yield. In other words, the system corrects itself and gets smarter as you get further into the crush.
